JAGS 0.99.1 is now available. This is a bug fix release
- The log likelihood for the Dirichlet distribution was incorrect. Surprisingly, this made very little impact on the classic bugs examples (which is why I did not find the bug earlier). Your models may be more sensitive, however, so if you use the Dirichlet distribution, please check your results
- JAGS now compiles (almost) without warnings on Solaris. In addition, you can now link JAGS against the standard C++ library provided by Sun (libCstd), although I would still recommend using the stlport version (libstlport4).
- Checking of parameter values for stochastic nodes was broken. This is now working again.
