The source code for JAGS 2.0.0 is now up at Sourceforge on the files page. You will also find updated manuals, and a tarball of the classic BUGS examples that has been updated to use the new “glm” module.
If you are a Windows user, you can download JAGS binaries for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows. Binary distributions for other platforms should follow.
Note that the rjags-2.0.0 package has not yet been uploaded to CRAN, so don’t upgrade just yet if you use the rjags interface.
